Project Management
At AADS, we use the project manager approach for all storage system installations. Your personal project manager is your main point of contact for any questions or concerns you might have. Each project manager is responsible for everything from planning and design, coordination with other impacted parties such as architects, contractors, engineers, facility managers and other trades, to delivery and installation of the product. The project manager ensures the installation is completed on time and on budget, by monitoring and managing our team of installers while meeting the expectations of our customers.
